I had an excellent experience with Vogt Property Services. They cleaned out my basement and shed, and the entire process was smooth from start to finish.
Brothers Brian and Kevin were professional, efficient, and left everything clean when they were finished. They were also respectful of the rest of my property while working, which I really appreciated. Communication was excellent—they kept me updated with their ETA, arrived when expected, and the final price was exactly what they quoted. No surprises.
If you're looking for a reliable, honest company for cleanout services, I highly recommend Vogt Property Services. I wouldn't hesitate to call them again for future projects!
Response from the owner:Marc, thank you for the 5 star review! We appreciate the business. Thanks for choosing Vogt property services for your project.

I reached out to Brian for a needed clean out service and the results spoke for themselves. The crew showed up on time, worked efficiently, and treated the property with respect the entire time. They made the whole clean-out process stress-free, and the difference after they finished was unbelievable. Their pricing was fair, communication was excellent, and they went above and beyond to make sure everything was done right.
Highly recommend!!
